Improve tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses; final rule
This federal regulation – published in the Federal Register on May 12, 2016 – was adopted by Minnesota OSHA, with the inclusion of all NAICS codes to Appendix A in subpart E, and became effective in Minnesota on May 21, 2018. All Minnesota establishments with 20 or more employees are now required to submit their OSHA Form 300A data to federal OSHA by March 2 of each calendar year.
Occupational exposure to beryllium; final rule
This federal regulation – published in the Federal Register on Jan. 9, 2017 – was adopted by Minnesota OSHA and became effective in Minnesota on May 21, 2018, for general industry.
