The Board of Electricity adopts the electrical code, including any amendments; adopts rules that regulate the licensure or registration of the electrical industry; and issues final interpretations of the electrical code. The board includes 12 members: 11 appointed by the governor and one appointed by the commissioner of DLI.

If you would like to address the board during the open forum portion of the meeting, please complete the Open Forum Request Form and send to Lyndy Logan at lyndy.logan@state.mn.us at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting.
