Scam alert

DLI has noted an increase in scammers targeting our stakeholders through email messages with malicious links attempting to appear as if they come from our agency and phone calls urging individuals to sign up for services or benefits not associated with the agency. These emails and calls are not from DLI.

If you receive one of these emails, do not reply to the message or click on the link provided, and do not provide personal information to unknown and unsolicited callers. You may report these calls and emails to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. 

If you are concerned about a potentially fraudulent contact by an individual or an organization representing themselves as being from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, call the numbers listed on our contact page. A staff member will be able to confirm if the message you received is legitimate.
