Code Services staff are available to assist with:

• Code questions and code related issues/concerns.

• Review and assists jurisdiction with administration of the State Building Code.

• Review building departments that have or request a delegation agreement for building code administration on public buildings and state licensed facilities (state building projects).

• Develop, maintain and distribute the Code Administration Manual.

• Conduct mechanical make-up and combustion air programs and residential plan review.

• Provide disaster response, assisting all municipalities with disaster assessment.

• Assist regional building officials by conducting inspections of state building projects.

• Assist contractor licensing enforcement with reports and field work to assist them in their duties.
